Personal coaching in Seattle for rowers. It is our goal to help passionate rowers develop enhanced boat moving skills.

If you are enthusiastic about the sport of rowing, we want to work with you. As Carlos says, "Your excitement about improving your rowing is more important than how well you row or how long you've been rowing. I will find a way to bring you from point A to point B."

We welcomes rowers from all clubs, with all skill levels. Our Greenlake home has been converted into a rowing laboratory, with a Rowperfect machine, a video analysis system and Filippi Elite series doubles, quads and singles. We tailor the sessions to your needs according to your rowing goals.
