Carlos Dinares, who has helped coached Ursula Grobler to world record speed, is offering hour long indoor rowing classes on a revolutionary machine! With the same facilities, you will achieve the breakthrough in your performance and technique that you have been waiting for. The classes are open to all levels, scullers and sweepers, juniors and masters. Water- Meeting location will be designated 12 hour prior to class based on participants and wind conditions.  Cell phone notification will be used in the event of last minute notification.
